SEC Charges Keurig Over Misleading Recyclability Claims of K-Cup Pods
On September 10, 2024, the SEC charged Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (Keurig) with making misleading statements regarding the recyclability of its widely used K-Cup coffee pods.
